Used in reference to the prescription cough medicine brand Tussionex which contains hydrocodone. Often mixed with a flavored beverage before consumption, which is referred to as syrup.

Pronounced (Too Paa) It is the equivalent to being less than adequate, or subpar. Another word for being a commoner, or a peasant. Used only by the very wealthy to announce their pompousness over a commoner.

These people are very tupas, they don't have diamond encrusted diamonds like we do.
