They are usually the person you choose to text if you need a reply quickly.

"Hey, what's the address we're supposed to go to?"

"I dunno, but I'll text Jim. He's a texter backer."

Mike always grabs his phone before heading to the stalls. An obvious sign of a Turd Texter.

A person who is NOT tech-savvy who has a tendency to use short sentences and omit words due to laziness and/or inability to text properly.

A normal text message would be, "I will see you at the mall at 6pm"

A Cookie Monster Texter would be, "Mall. Me. You. 6"
