A state of absolute hunger in which one can no longer make rational decisions. For example, being so "starving" that one overlooks the fact his/her pizza has been under the couch for 2 weeks.
Used for dramatic effect in less serious circumstances.

God damn, I'm so starvacious my stomach is eating itself in its own juices.

I gotta hit up a McD's, I'm so fucking starvacious!
