A phrase used ironically, it has no real meaning and originates from the North of England. The phrase can be often found with a hand sign where you connect your thumb to your first finger and hold your hand up close to somebody's face. It is also possible to roll ones eyes into their head and fling your jaw from side to side as if one is "gurning".

Quin Spin

sit and spin

An insult accompanied by flipping the middle finger, meaning "go fuck yourself." Origin - bastardization of the name of a popular toy first introduced in the 1970s called the Sit'N Spin. The Sit'N Spin consists of a turn table with a pole in the middle topped by a smaller disk. A small child can then sit cross-legged around the pole and use the small disk at the top of the pole to propel spinning motion. Hence the name, a cutesy derivation of "sit and spin." Substitute the middle finger for the pole and the leap to the "go fuck yourself" conclusion should be fairly obvious.

The expression "sit on it and spin" is sometimes used by people unfamiliar with the Sit'N Spin toy and the original origin of the expression. (There are several images of Sit'N Spin available via internet search.)

Friend 1: "Are you going out like that? You look like a complete idiot."
Friend 2: (flips middle finger) "Sit and spin, bitch, you just wish you had tickets."

T-spin is a crazy move in the game of Tetris in which a player will spin the t-shaped block into a hard to reach location.

In newer versions of tetris, a t-spin awards bonus points when it clears a line.

Joe had no chance to clear the line, but at the last second he performed a t-spin and cleared two lines and made a lot of bonus points.

When ones sphinster muscle has been clenched for an extended period of time causing the sphincter muscle to contract and relax rapidly thus resulting in loss of clenching ability where by feces is released through the anus.

While Greg was boating in the middle of Lake Arthur he had to poop, he clenched for so long that he finally succumbed to sphincter fatigue and shit his shorts!
