The 'Shaw'

A popular stretch of Crenshaw blvd; south of the 10/Sta. Monica Frwy; through the Afro-American 'West-side' hood, down past Imperial Hwy. into the Palos Verdes peninsula.
Much high rim flossing and lowriding in the recently popular 'scrapers' is enjoyed on this stretch during weekends. Some have nicknamed it "The Black folks Sunset Strip".

Scraw

An expression signifying strength, dignity and nobility as well as superiority over an inferior person or thing. Can be used at seen fit.

May be used as a challenge, but must be said at an excessive volume. A screeching voice is also very important to the proper deliver of a "Scraw"

Also used to create and break up an awkward silence simultaneously, or to express your dislike and/or confusion towards an individual or an object.

Examples of Scraw:

Ex 1:

Matt: Daniel, why are you wearing bowling shoes?

Daniel: ...SSSSSSSCRRRRRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAWWWWWWW!!

Ex 2:

Daniel: So what were you guys plann-

Matt: SSSCCCRRRRRRRRAAAWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!

Ex 3:

Teacher: Stop talking you two!

Matt & Daniel: *Three second pause*...SCCCRRRAWWW!!!

I actually don't know the meaning but I can say from experience that she is and will be one of the most amazing girl you'll ever come across, don't know if this applies to every shrawani out there but the one I'm talking about is absolutely one heck of a girl, you just can't get enough of her, no matter how old your friendship grows, the vibe she carries around with her never changes, even if she's new to you, she'll make you comfortable enough so you can too understand how fabulous and amazing a shrawani is, that's all!

Damn, I just can't stop thinking about shrawani.
