shake down

A shake down can be particullar to a geographic area. Basically, it is one party getting into the personal assets of another party without consent. Usually a shake down involves drugs, money, power, the law, knowledge, or any combination thereof.

I think (a party) might have something I want. We are going to do a shake down later and see.

Shinedown

One of THE BEST bands there is out there. Their lyrics are meaningful without useless bits of fluff, every word means something. Some of my favorites would be Second Chance, The Crow and the Butterfly, If you only knew, and a very awesome and kickass song Sound of Madness.

Seagal Staredown

The act of attempting to instill fear into someones mind by sharply turning your head only and staring into their eyes with a sharp look, only to fail due to not being threatening or deadly in anyway. Usually attempted by fat, overweight people, or by a man by the name of Johnathan Diaz.

One of my personal favorites! When we the guards decide we've had enough of one "homeboy's" shit and bust into his cell looking for contraband that may or may not be there. Somehow it always turns up!

Shinedown

A great rock band from Jacksonville, Florida! Members are Brent Smith(singer), Barry Kerch(Drummer), Eric Bass(Bass player), and Zach Myers(guitarist). Most popular songs are 45, Simple Man cover, and Second Chance. They have 3 albums (Leave a Whisper, Us and Them, and Sound of Madness) and their 4th album is supposed to be released in 2012. Great band!!
