smify is a term for the relationship between a boy with Down's Syndrome and an ignorant girl who is a loser.

usually, the boy with Down's Syndrome will have no friends because he treats everyone like shit and only cares about the stupid girl. When he makes mistakes, to escape blame, he will push the blame on to someone else.
