A company reorganization, usually involving the firing of a number of employees and promotion of others to the point of uselessness. Often used as a futile measure when a company is about to tank.

Bobco went through a reorg last year, they promoted all of their middle management to management and fired all of the previous managers in a futile attempt to regain stockholder trust.

Reonck

A great leader of youth at church. They strive to lead their pack of students to the Lord. They are typically bald; however, they have a tendency to have prickles of hair. Reonck's often can't see that well on their own. They tend to need assistance from glasses. Reonck's have the capability of putting out hot flames, also known as fires, on their first day with their new church. Their spirit animal is typically a giraffe. If you see a Reonck, run as fast as you can, because they think running is a sport.

Person 1: "Look? There's a bald guy running with a giraffe on a stick!"
Person 2: "yea.. that's a Reonck."
