A "petterass" has nothing to do with pedophilia, peters or asses you guys. Petterass is a way of calling someone PETTY and refers to something/body which is a trifle, unimportant, petty, minor matter or small. You would be more accurate to say someones small peter is petterass, but it really refers to their actions and attitude. Again-- petterass as meaning petty, small and minor doesn't refer to some guy petting small minors. HAHAHAHA!!! That is rich!

A person that is so stupid they would reach their hand into a Tiger's cage and attempt to pet it...and then try to sue the Zoo because the angry Tiger that was wrongfully taken from its home in Africa, bit off the Tiger Petters hand.
