A disease commonly found in rich kids, who refuse to grow up, mentally; and whenever they face any question concerning prestige of MIT, respond- eeeeeks!!! Due to these qualities they do not get admitted at really competitive places such as Stanford or Princeton. To get kids like this in mainstream, Maturing Infants (without) Tits, has been opened, to get admitted you should,
1) Carry a teddy bear in your senior year.
2) Get a custom-made razor to be really clean shaven.
3) Say things like- OMG! I think she's staring at me.
- Please, pleeeeeasse, why don't you come and meet me. Hey, I DO NOT LOOK LIKE YOUR BROTHER.

This term primarily is used to refer to the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) as many of its college of engineering graduates and faculties have founded large successful technology companies such as Oracle, Tesla, AMD, Youtube, Paypal, and Yelp among others.
