Gymphobia

Gymphobia is a phobia where where one is scared to make the effort to have a healthy lifestyle. Generally is seen in a person who complains about their bad health due to being overweight caused by their unhealthy choices (not eating healthily or not working out) but don't want to put in the effort to lose weight.

Also is a person who shames those who workout to feel better about themselves.

Your friend has gymphobia. He keeps complaining about being overweight but won't do anything about it.

A slang for someone who has a disability with their walk that makes them walk like a T-Rex. This is generally funny because you can outrun one due to their gymp status.

An annoying person at a fitness club who takes forever on a machine, bench, or a specific area that a serious fitness member needs to use, and while doing so consistently exerts ridiculously little effort. (These pricks usually were guilted into going in the first place and drastically reduce in number after January 1st.)

"All the treadmills are taken. I wish that fat gympersonator would get the hell off since she's been on that one for 30 minutes and only walked 1/10th of a mile."
