Façade

A false or fake exterior to something. Usually made out of a shit stained substance. Used to make subject look better or of higher quality when really it isn’t. Typically used for superficial purposes.

Wow Gary, the outside of that home looks so magnificent, but once you pass through the front door, you can you see how much of a piece of shit façade it really was.

When someone is constantly adding photos and comments on their FB page about THEIR DOINS...
Posting photos of themselves posing with others and "having lots of fun!"
They look totally staged for the benefit of....Facebook?

A ploy that is used by people who have no ACTUAL life, and feel they must 'pose' as someone who has one.

TED: Does your brother ever leave the house, dude?
NED: Naw...mostly he just updates his "FACE-ADE (FACEBOOK FACADE)".

The state of a house that has been aesthetically mangled during a cheap renovation. Usually involves the loss of much original detail and the use of inappropriately small windows.

That big blue house on the corner really got facadomized in when they were trying to flip it. That tiny window on the front is probably why it still hasn't sold.
