A trend hopper, a wave rider, someone who doesn't form their own opinion and follows the hype. Someone who reps something without fully knowing/experiencing it just for the approvement of others.

Person 1: Have you heard of the anime lain?
Person 2: Yeah! I watched it and its a 9/10!
Person 1: What the fuck? Lain is dogshit! What did you like so much about it?
Person 2: Well... I-I- saw it on tik-tok and uhh-uhh.... well I liked the uhh... THE ATMOSPHERE!
Person 1: What? Why are you fake jacking it? Fucking fake jacker! How can you not name 1 thing you like from a 9/10 series?!

This person is a fake jacker because they saw how popular Lain was on tiktok and followed the hype and said it was good, when in fact they didnt' really like nor understand the show and are only liking it for the approval of others.

Usually middle schoolers would do this for attention by faking mental illnesses. Always post on their Snapchat story DHMU, only the real ones would know, always uses the 💔😕 emojis also uses Simpson edits to show their “depression” And denies when confronted about it. And don’t forget this one, they always like to date people then break up with them then post a heartbroken emoji on their story.
