A person who clings to someone or something like a dryer sheet does to clothes fresh out of the dryer. These people are normally new somewhere and are trying to make friends or are younger kids.

Residue collected in a clothes dryer's lint trap. Word has it, that this poop is the result of a dryer's consumption of a single sock. Normally, the sock's mate is left untouched, causing consternation to the sock's owner.

May also include items that the dryer attempted to nom, but was unable to successfully digest--chapstick, coins, anti-static sheets, etc.
