Fantasy Football Dictator

A person, who is the commissioner of a fantasy football league and uses his power to make unfair trades with another team owner, typically an old friend, who is out of contention. This is sometime done in exchange for money or favors.

The Fantasy Football Dictator of a league made a trade with one of his old fraternity brothers to get Adrian Peterson in exchange for a couple of scrubs he got off waivers.

Dickacorn

Mainly another word for a dick head. Like a unicorn, dickacorns are thought to have a dick smack dab in the middle of there forehead. They are an all male species (w/t a few exceptions) but unlike the gracefull unicorns who are (sadly) not real/extinct, the dickacorns (sadly) still exist.

Dude, you are such a dick head, I bet you could be a dickacorn!

democratic dictatorship

A form of government where the candidate is elected by popular vote but rarely or never actually enacts any policies that reflect the actual wishes of the constituency. The elected representative can either use subtle diplomacy to deflect criticsm, arrange for various forms of distraction to divert public attention, or be brazen in publicly declaring that policy will be different to popular opinion. Coined by Tim Francis in 2005.

The United States Federal Goverment's track record in regards to foreign policy and engaging military conflict could lead one to the conclusion that it has evolved into a democratic dictatorship. The same could be said for both the Federal Australian and UK governments to some extent, particularly in relation to Iraq and the Kyoto Agreement.
