coroner drop

A dead homeless person in a body bag with their belongings neatly collected, but no one else around. Usually the result of the police or the fire department having wrapped up their work, but before the coroner has come to collect the body.
I was walking home from work and ran across a coroner drop under the highway. It was really depressing.
