Both burping and passing gas at the same time.

Can be applied to politicians who are quoting their own BS. Or to both parties spouting the same lies.

How can both a Democrat and a Republican spout the same conflatulance?

That conflatulant talk show host is quoting himself as the source for his facts.

Don't get too close, his conflatulance is pretty severe today.

When a person is overflowing with attempts to conflate multiple unrelated ideas or issues. Often released in such a manner that it removes all doubt to its true source (read: from their own anus).
