agnostic 

A religion where the people that follow under it do not accept nor deny the existence of God or a greater being. Also who is tolerant of other people's religions.

I am an Agnostic, not a Christian, so I don't go to church, read the bible or believe in god.

agnostic 

Someone who believes that the existence of god can neither be proven nor disproven, or is completely unknowable at this point. An agnostic makes no assumptions regarding a god's existence.

An agnostic is also a "weak" atheist, one who is absent of belief in god, but also absent of a non-belief in god.

Common belief dictates that agnosticism is more rational than "strong" atheism, but by this logic, the only "rational" belief would be one of extreme philosophical skepticism in regards to everything, as it is impossible to prove or disprove something with 100% certainty. I doubt you would find many theistic agnostics, however, who are agnostic in regards to something like the existence of fairies in their backyards. It can therefore be argued that some agnostics are inconsistent in their beliefs.

Agnostic: "Gods existence can neither be proven nor disproven, or is unknowable at this point."
Strong Atheist: "God does not exist."
Theist: "God does exist."

Christian Fundamentalist: "lol stupid agnosticz what kind of word is that anyway? nywayz, enjoy ur eternity in hell while i'm up in heaven with baby jesuz lusers!!!!!11one"

agnostic 

An atheist who is striving to project modesty and humbleness in his lack of belief in supernatural. S/he irrationally accepts the stereotype that atheist identity radiates arrogance and deluded in his/her opinion that atheists do not fathom philosophical implications of undefined god.

Tyson says, "I'm an agnostic and not an arrogant atheist".

someone who believes in higher power. someone who believes that they can not prove or disprove the exsistince of god.

Agnostic 

Somebody who is too much of a coward to lean towards the idea that god doesn't exist, and instead just rides the fence. Agnostic is not in the middle of atheism and theism. Theism has to do with belief and gnosticism has to do with knowledge so being an "agnostic" is just a way of saying "I'm too much of a pussy and don't wanna hurt anyone's feelings so here I go.

Did you know that all "agnostics" are technically atheist by definition? An atheist, by definition, is somebody who lacks a belief in god. An agnostic says that gods existence cannot be known, which would still make them an atheist because they hold no belief in god.

agnostic 

A person really straddeling the fence between Theism and Atheism. One who struggles with the thought of having or not having a Soul. A person who would like to have undying proof that there is a Higher Being, afterlife with Pearly White Gates, and most of all, something to look forward to after this life. Until then, I will live this one as if there will not be anything after this.

I consider myself an Agnostic until someone Gives me proof, Show me the Devil, I don't care, because if he exist then GOD has to exist.
