Excess amount of sperm deposited in a person that cannot be digested, absorbed or regurgitated. Usually manifests itself in an obvious sperm belly or leakage from the orifice where it was deposited.

Look at the belly on that bitch. Definitely suffering from a major case of sperm overload.
