Hump Day Hatha

The perfect way to begin your slide into the weekend. Started at Milton Yoga in Milton, MA. Hump Day Hatha is a moderately-paced stretching, strengthening and detoxifying yoga class with some simple breathing exercises.

Hatha Yoga works to balance mind and body through physical postures (asanas), controlled breathing (pranayama), and the calming of the mind through relaxation and meditation. Asanas teach balance and build strength and are practiced to improve the body's physical health and clear the mind through focused breathing and mediation.
