The best example of the term, would be to describe XWW in California. You could also use this term to describe IWA Deep South, and XPW. Jim Cornette sucks, but this term doesn't.

Just went to a XWW show in Pasadena, California. That dumb ass shit was the definition of an outlaw mudshow.
