The Galo language is a dialect of Adi however Galo and Adi recently only share grammar and some few words, and Galo speakers cannot understand the Adi language. Words like Donyi, Polo, Alo, Silo/Hilo, etc are shared in both languages. Galo language is also spoken by the Galo tribe, most Galo tribe members believe in Christianity or Donyi-Poloism (Donyi-Polo).
