It can lead to making up stories and spreading online gossip about the suspect which cannot be proven to be true because the judge placed a gag order on everyone involved with the case. This contagion can lead to creation of videos that may not age well, and may end up in slander/libel lawsuits in the future. The desired effect is for the videos to gain followers and views to their channels, while also convicting the suspect through their chosen media.
