Colombian Stand Off

Similar to a real stand off but simply involving cocaine instead of guns. A tense situation where two persons are eyeing two lines of coke, waiting for the other to lose his/her nerve and "pull the trigger".

A meeting where the people are forced to stand, with an idea of keeping the meeting short.

Ironic, since its the manager that makes it a stand up AND controls how long the meeting is.
Mostly used to exert physical control over employees.

One Flight Stand
