A form of bitching about someone in a way that leaves the throwee oblivious to who you're shading about. For example: "I have the friend, and we're like, really good friends, but she is such an attention whore!"

hot shades

(Adj)
A person of nefarious nature, often willing to take on illegal, underhanded or shady tasks.
An individual with sneaky or suspicious tendencies.
Hot shades can also be used to express movement, similar to how hot stepped may be used - or even in a perverted manner as a synonym for suggestive (i.e she whispered some hot shaded comments in my ear)

Hot as in obvious and illegal
Shades as in shady or underhanded
(i)You are hot shades.
(ii) I hot shaded away quick time.
(iii) He was involved in some pretty hot shaded stuff.
