Scumbag Format

Slang derogatory term for MTG "Type 2" (Standard) tournament format. This tournament style is looked down upon because it requires players to continuously buy new cards, since after a few months cards become banned.

"Naah, I can't play my deck there, they only do scumbag."

or

"I have 2 decks, one for playing with friends, and one that I keep tweaking so I can play scumbag format."

The evolved form of Scomo. When a Scomo does nothing in a national crisis it will accumulate enough lack of XP to evolve into Scumo. It earns double lack of XP if it takes a holiday.

Scomo did so little it evolved into scumo 1 day into its leadership position.

Scumpunks 

Trailer trolls who like dirty drugs and sleeman; you can identify their nests by finding wolf or lion blankets hanging in their trailer or car windows (whichever one they are staying in for the night); they also often stink.

- I use to like Tibbs, but then he started hanging out with a bunch of scumpunks.
