It's an adjective meaning a f***ing douche.

Repested means they have the likeness of a repest.

That guy is a repest. He think he's better than everyone else and insults those who call him out on it!

She's repested. She can't stop talking to that guy who's obviously NOT interested in her! He's just annoyed and repulsed.

rope-a-dope

A form of oral sex in which the male at first has very slow motion with his tongue inside the females vagina, letting her do all the work.
