To be extremely annoyed or angry because you felt something unfair or uncalled for happened to you. Coming from the combination of Dicked - meaning something that was unfair i.e. that was "dicked"; and Out - meaning to go to an extreme i.e. the girl got all decked "out"

My friends flaked on me the other night, I was waiting in the parking lot for them for two hours. I was so dicked out.
