"NO PEDOS ON OUR STREETS!" it's clear that they're EITHER federal agents tasked with Harvesting the Hate, and letting a thousand Anti-Pedo flowers bloom, OR organic and sincere community-based activists, who just happen to find public discussion of pedophilia exciting.
