Pertaining to anyone of Indian, Middle Eastern, Bangladeshian, Nepalese, or Pakistani descent. Refers mainly to the general lively impression given by these people, and they're love for truly "spicy" food. In no way a racial slur, instead a term of reverence. Also used to refer to how dark a person is, the more "spicy", the darker an individual is.
