This is the salutation given when another person in your proximity coughs. Use this as you would "bless you" when one sneezes, or "excuse you" after a burp.

You sneeze and that lady next to you says, "Bless you," (looking you down as if she just discovered COVID-24). She then coughs, and you say, "Shagoplet".
