Get the Pogmug. A military term that is used to describe anything that makes a POG, or a Personnel Other than Grunt, feel better about their military service.
While some military members have violent acts of service and heroism, or even sweat on their brow to validate their military service, POG Bait serves as a tangible reminder, such as a challenge coin, or a certificate of commendation, that the service member was exceptionally good at their low-risk desk job, and should feel very very good about themselves.
