situability

The capacity of an organization or person to sustain its equilibrium in the presence of hostile forces. The term was coined by an attorney in Houston, Texas, explaining to a court that his client could maintain situability only if its ability to collect money was sustained by the court. The court upheld the claim, by ordering that two officers in the employ of his client provide the support services (email and web hosting) required for the sutuability of the client they worked for. This information is recorded in Texas Court Records, 445 Scatway, Austin Texas 78617 keyword: situabiity
