Literally: Someone that pisses into an ice cube tray and freezes their piss then proceeds to munch on their piss cubes.
Figuratively: Someone that is very weird and or very annoying.

Dean: “Hey Alex, did you hear that Oscar is a piss muncher?”
Alex: “Yeah I figured, he’s so weird and annoying.”

Piss Jail is when you desperately need to pee but are unable to due to current circumstances making it extremely difficult or impossible.

Stuck needing to pee in an important company meeting that isn't over for another hour? Piss Jail.

Stuck needing to pee in a crowded train and your stop is miles and miles away? Piss Jail.

pisces

as a Pisces, i definitely say we are emotional and cry over anything, don't even deny it you know its true, we're also really helpful, like if one of our friends need help in any situation we're here to help them, we can tell if your broke,depressed, or anything like that, we're just not comforter able telling someone we can tell, and we're SUPER supportive on anything even if we don't like/agree with it! we have the most purest hearts, but if we get mad or you doing something to antagonize us we will ignore it at first but if it gets super bad we will do the same and stop it right then and there, we are quite needy but we also sometimes need space, that's all i can personally say about a Pisces and don't come at me this is just me, and i am a Pisces!

piss beer

In the seventies brewers made beer that was 3.2% in alcohol content, to sell in States that allowed anyone over 18 years old to buy it. Real beer, sold only to 21+, has double or even triple that amount of alcohol, like for the stouts. So teens would need twice as much to get drunk, and then spend lots of trips to piss it out: Hence, "piss beer" was born!

We were still too young to buy stout beer and so we settled for piss beer.
