A person who is tastefully aggressive and cute at the same time. The word is derived from "Chinchilla", an aggressive and cute rodent native to the Andes in South America.

Mel: Dad, Mek is being such a chinch today. I am not sure what to do about it.

Mel: She is not letting me study. She wants me to go running with her and is not leaving my room until I say Yes.
