Someone who is hard headed but will still listen and will admit when they are in the wrong. Someone who you can depend on when you need to and will back you up no matter what. Overall a great person to get to know but a bit delusional.

Tonekeeping

Staying in shape in body, mind and most importantly spirit. Not getting too comfortable, flabby or vulnerable to ambush. Touches every aspect of life including physical, emotional, social, financial and intellectual fitness. Maintaining joy purposefully, using challenge and struggle as tools. Evidenced by smiling when you can't pinpoint exactly why.

At the store, we are practicing tonekeeping by reminding each other of the basic premise of the business...to sell at a profit.

I am tonekeeping by exercising ten percent more.
