An ambiguous term that generally refers to something being positive & proper. Term was first used by a The London Street Wankers a Dj entity from Toronto Canada to put their stamp on something - letting you know it was quality.
Originally the term was Diggy Diggy Down and is still used and carries the same meaning as the short form.
