Racism

When a person's skin colour or ethnic background determines or negatively affects how you treat or interact with someone or a group of people. Generally if it isn't negative it isn't racist. It's also over used to describe when something doesn't go the way a black person wants or thinks it should.

2. Insulting a race over looks or parts of history, especially calling them inferior or inferior to one's race.
3. A word that no longer has proper meaning.

Discrimination against someone or something by color, in a more acceptable manner

Blind Racism

When someone perceives all actions of another race as bad and/or evil regardless of reality. This could also be considered violently racist. People who are blindly racist are unable to find fault in their own actions towards others of a different race.
Through Blind Racism, the man saw no fault in his own actions as he executed an innocent man of a different race.
