A version of the ghostrider, a sexual position where a girl is riding a guy while she has a sheet over her. Instead the man is behind the woman while she is on her knees doggy style, still covered with a sheet.

We were doing the Negative Ghostrider when she hit her head because she couldn't see.

Much like joe blow, john doe, etc. in a sense that the name, negative ron, refers to any such man that has the ability to turn any postive into a rediculous counter-productive negative.

Joe says, "Wow Dick, did you hear they found a cure for AIDS?"
Dick says, "Shit Joe, thats not good! Now all the low life pieces of scum that deserve to die won't. Where is Darwin when we need him?"
