Peers or anyone around you that follow everyone. They have black and white checkered vans, or roll with the crowd. They get starbucks often, and have basic instagram captions that everyone uses. For example one can be "Summer should get a speeding ticket" and they would have on their CHECKERED VANS and have starbucks on a beach doing a pose with friends at sunset. They also have no personality and just seem bland.

Stephanie: "Did you see Angela's new Instagram post with Britanny?"
Monica:"Yeah, their such locals."

lavalis

Lavalis is an amazing runner although he doesn’t play any sports he is still athletic. He is light skinned with freckles and a fro. Don’t forget his pretty eyes. A lot of girls like him but not the one he’s interested in. He might look skinny but don’t underestimate him cause he is strong and knows how to fight. He is also very tall and knows how to dance. Can be shy when you meet him but opens up very quickly. He is also funny. Very funny.

A bu**s**t crazy-a** rule dat a municipality thoughtlessly imposes on its citizens and anyone else who visits said locale, and fanatically enforces said directives with heavy weaponry.

Two comically-absurd examples of a local ordnance are the obviously-copycats-of-each-other animated shorts "Pink Panzer" and "Suppressed Duck" --- in both films, absurdly-large/heavy firepower is employed merely to maintain/enforce a boundary-line.
