Choopie-(choooo-pee)
A choopie is a person who is small-minded n gets upset very easily when under pressure. They tense up like them fainting retarded goats! Only this is a person. ( Same retarded nature tho) These people have extremely high pitched loud voices and seem to talk extremely fast!!! They almost sound like chihuahuas barking at your ankles. They talk so fast that they find themselves out of breath within seconds of barking!! Then that causes other people lose their breath from anxiety. These Choopies can also go by the names Allysa, Brandi, Eric, or Ian.

I hope I don't see any Choopie's named Allysa at the Walmarts!
