Bully

Someone who physically and verbally abuses people around them. A human without a nice bone in their body and thinks that it is morally acceptable to constantly bring other people down. Bullies don't usually realise how much of a negative impact they have on their victims because they are extremely selfish.

Chloe is a bully because she always calls her sister ugly.

1.) A person (typically in a school environment) who makes the lives of others miserable all because they can and they think that it's fun.

2.) A PS2 game (known as Canis Canem Edit in the UK) developed by Rockstar Games (Creators of Grand Theft Auto) where you play as 15 year old Jimmy Hopkins, a new student at the fictional boarding school Bullworth Academy and must take over each of the cliques of the school (The Nerds, Jocks, Preps, Greasers & Bullies). It got a re-release titled Bully: Scholarship Edition for the Xbox 360, Wii, and PC.

1.) That dude Russell is a bully to everyone.

2.) Bully is one of my favorite games from Rockstar. It deserves an HD remake.
