Peruvian Bow Tie

Similar to the Peruvian Necktie, made famous by MMA style fighting, the Peruvian Bow Tie is performed in a more intimate setting. One person lays flat on their back while the other person (preferably wearing no articles of clothing on their lower body) kneels overtop of them, facing away, with a leg on either side of their body. The kneeling participant positions themselves directly overtop the neck of their partner, then lowers their hips and begins to squeeze the neck of their partner using their thighs and genitals, effectively cutting off airflow and giving a choking sensation.
