A somewhat funny mispronunciation of the word "web" (i.e. Internet). Taken from an old RadioShack commercial where a sleazy PC salesman was trying to sell an old POS Tandy to a total noobtard.

A parody of the company's slogan soon popped up on the net afterwards:
"RadioShack: You've got money, We've got pockets"

A person who's body is in the shape of the child toy "Weebles". They are round all over and if you were to push The Weeble over it would spring back up because everyone knows Weebles "teeter and totter but they don't fall down".

My stinky-ass FORMER roommate Laura, aka the Midget, is the human Weeble.
