Waddle of Shame

The awkward, embarrassing waddling motion towards the bathroom every girl on her period makes when, upon standing after sitting/lying down, a large rush of blood and uterine lining uncontrollably exits the body all at once, and leaks beyond the present pad or tampon. The waddling motion is to avoid blood dripping down the legs due to the movement.

I got up this morning and had to do a waddle of shame, because it's my second day.

scroll of shame

Similar to the walk of shame, in that it is the first thing you do after drinking heavily and trying to remember what happened the night before as you try to get your life back. However, scroll of shame is scrolling through your smart phone to see who you drunk dialed and drunk texted the night before since you cannot or only vaguely remember.

During my scroll of shame this morning, I was shocked to see I had drunk dialed two of my ex boyfriends and texted another. How embarassing!

to literally call a girl (who is NOT a prostitute by profession) a slut and tell her she should be ashamed of herself for the way she dresses, simply because you do not like the way she is dressed

ethnic name shame

being ashamed of your name givin at birth because it sounds too ethnic and is always mispronounced and laughed at.

I was born with the name "Kcid" and people always laughed and made fun of me so I had my name legally changed to "Dick". I had ethnic name shame.
