Casual McDonalds

An act in which a male will purchase sexual favors from a female for the price of an item off the value menu, such as a cheeseburger or McChicken. Can be applied to any fast food restaurant, but is always known as "Casual McDonalds".

I'm going to take Stephanie to the Playland for a little Casual McDonalds.
