Crystal methamphetamine. As far as I'm aware, this is an Iowa only thing. Usually, it's the only term you hear people use when they're talking about meth. And everybody that uses meth, knows you're referencing it. Even random tweakers you've never met before, will come up to you on the street asking if you have any poop.
