To not be confused with "Wall hopper/wall hopping." It is a term in roblox used to describe a bug where you can get bonus jump's by flicking your camera and pressing space and holding W

Building Hopping

The action of taking the longest indoor route to class on a cold day. Experts can do this without being outside for more than two minutes total.

Dude, it was so cold today. I was building hopping all day long!

A parachute jump with very short free fall, usually five seconds

The skydiver will assume the stable position and open his parachute almost immediately after the exit when performing a hop and pop. Two 5" hop and pops are mandatory for skydiver training curriculum. They are at the same time practice for emergency jumps.

The cloud bottoms are at 6000 ft. Too low for belly flying, but just neat for some hop and pops.

Song Hopping

verb/noun: The act of changing a song after listening to a short part of it. More commonly when multiple people are listening to the music and one person can't decide which song to play and switches to another song before the current song ends ends.
