1) The opposite of a Bruh Moment. Used to describe times when a man exemplifies the virtues of confidence, extreme charisma, and power.

2) An ironic term to describe a man who is completely fucking up but isn't even aware of it.

spur of the moment

Spur of the moment means to do something on impulse, without any forward planning. This could be due to fear, or as such, another emotion. The majority of people confuse this with 'spare of the moment', which in itself is an incorrect statement.
