Used when describing a person on the website "Facebook." Power Stalking is when someone comments/likes a post in under a minute from when it was posted. In order for it to be Power Stalking, the person has to do this at least 3 times before declaring it a Power Stalk.

They will view your application multiple times for no reason . One theory is that they see you are qualified, but are biased against folks with a lot of education and not much experience. They want to value your education, but will not reach out because of political correctness and age discrimination for younger recent college grads.
Eric applied to a job on Zip Recruiter for an entry level IT position. The employer kept viewing his application and a notice kept showing up on Eric's phone that his application had been viewed by the employer who's job he applied to. Eric was worried about Job Stalking.
